📄 Terms of Agreement

These Terms of Agreement govern the appliance repair services provided by Fix Rite Appliance. By scheduling service, requesting a repair, or allowing work to be performed, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Service Scope

Fix Rite Appliance provides residential and commercial appliance repair services based on technician availability, service area, and appliance condition. All repairs are subject to inspection and professional evaluation.

Service Call & Diagnosis

A service call fee may apply and covers travel time, inspection, and diagnosis. This fee does not include parts or labor unless otherwise stated. Diagnosis is based on visible and accessible components at the time of service.

Estimates & Pricing

  • Repair estimates are provided after diagnosis whenever possible

  • Pricing may vary based on parts availability, appliance condition, and labor required

  • Estimates are not guarantees

  • Final approval is required before repairs are completed

Repairs & Authorization

By approving a repair, the customer authorizes Fix Rite Appliance to perform the agreed-upon work. Additional issues discovered during service may require further approval before proceeding.

Parts & Availability

Repairs may be delayed due to parts availability, manufacturer backorders, or discontinued components. Fix Rite Appliance is not responsible for delays outside of its control.

Warranties

Warranty coverage, if applicable, applies only to the specific parts and labor outlined at the time of service. Warranty details are explained before work begins. Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear, or unrelated appliance failures.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate appliance and service information

  • Ensure safe and clear access to the appliance

  • Secure pets and remove obstacles prior to service

  • Maintain a safe working environment

Fix Rite Appliance reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

Limitations of Liability

Fix Rite Appliance is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing appliance conditions

  • Manufacturer defects or design flaws

  • Cosmetic damage unrelated to the repair

  • Loss of food, business interruption, or indirect damages

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Customers are asked to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods may vary. Unpaid balances may result in service refusal for future appointments.

Right to Refuse Service

Fix Rite Appliance reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or non-payment.

Changes to This Agreement

Fix Rite Appliance may update these Terms of Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
